• प्रबंधन (Management) : क्षेत्र (Scope), अवधारणा (Concept);  प्रबंधन के कार्य (Functions of Management) – योजना (Planning), आयोजन (Organizing), स्टाफ (Staffing), निर्देशन (Direction), समन्वय (Co-ordination) और नियंत्रण (Control); निर्णय लेना (Decision-Making) – अवधारणा (Concept), प्रक्रिया (Process) और तकनीक (Techniques).
• विपणन की आधुनिक अवधारणा (Modern Concept of Marketing); विपणन मिश्रण (Marketing Mix) – उत्पाद (Product), मूल्य (Price), स्थान (Place) और संवर्धन (Promotion).
